FlowControl specialises on efficient solutions for balancing and regulation of cooling systems.

Dynamic valves The FlowControl Dynamic consists of two parts, one valve and one dynamic cartridge. In addition to this we also have a motorized ball valve that takes care of temperature control. The cartridge is designed as a valve being differential pressure independent. The new dynamic cartridge includes an innovative self adjustment feature that makes every valve adjust its flow continuously to the desired value.

Motorised valves On / Off The valves are mainly used for defrosting and controlling temperatures in display cabins and cold rooms. Depending on the system design you can have the valves as 2 way or 3-way. The important thing is that the valves are suited for the secondary refrigerant that is used, temperatures down to -15ºC HT or -35 ºC LT demands high quality when you choose the material. For example we only use EPDM rubber for our O-rings and the valve body is made of low zinc plated brass.

Regulating valves Valves for continous control of cold and hot fluids. The valves can be equipped with a number of different actuators (see the page for actuators).

Analog actuators 0..10V / 4..20mA For controllers with analog actuator 0...10V or 4...20mA and position feedback signal 0...10V.

Balancing valves With our balancing valves, any qualified fitter can set the appropriate flow rate on the premises in question, thus avoiding investments in training and costly measuring devices.

Accessories We have custom made insulation boxes for our Nicab valves which gives you a better installation. We also have connections.

Valve calculator Our valve calculator helps you dimension your cooling/heating system. Just enter your secondary refrigerant and which type of valve you want to use and the program calculates the pressure drop.
